Enable SFTP for data loader

The following steps should be executed only if uploading files via SFTP is required:

• Navigate to the Data Loader Storage Account resource in Azure
• Upgrade storage account with Data Lake Gen2 capabilities - Upgrade Azure Blob Storage with Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2 capabilities | Microsoft Learn Pricing - Azure Storage Data Lake Gen2 Pricing | Microsoft Azure
• Enable SFTP support by following official guide: Connect to Azure Blob Storage using SFTP - Azure Storage | Microsoft Learn

Note: Hourly charge (Azure Storage Blobs Pricing | Microsoft Azure) is incurred for as long as the SFTP access is enabled, even if there are no open connections. Consider disabling it whenever it is not in use.
