Deployment accounts

Pro-Sapien requires accounts in the client Entra ID directory to execute the app deployment. The permissions required for these accounts are documented in the various prerequisite steps. The accounts require access to areas created for hosting the app only.

Named vs. shared accounts​

Individual named accounts are recommended. Pro-Sapien will provide a list of individuals who will require accounts.

Shared accounts can be used if preferred by the client.

Instance accounts​

Two instances of Pro-Sapien will be deployed:

  • UAT (test)
  • Production (live)

The accounts provided can be used for both instances.

Instance specific accounts can be used if preferred by the client.
